We will focus on physical, social, and artistic development of our young actors as we explore creativity, vocalization, and movement through stories, nursery rhymes, improvisation and theatre game. Students will gain confidence and stage presence in this introduction to theatre as we tap into the energy and imagination of young actors through creative dramatics and build theatre skills while working in a group to prepare a skit to perform at the end of the summer camp.

Lego Machines Camp Tue & Thur July 10, 12, 17 & 19 1:00-400pm ages 5-12
Lego Camp will give children a chance to explore the many possibilities of Legos. These possibilities include, creating structures such as
houses, castles and cities or vehicles that zip along at blinding speeds, carry enormous payloads or do demolition work or machines that lift, spin, make noise or otherwise dazzle. There will be activities and games, such as Lego car races and friendly team competitions to determine who has built the best project in a variety of categories (i.e. fastest, most colorful, tallest, most complex, most efficient, etc.) Of course there will be plenty of time for children to role-play by forming imaginary worlds with their creations.
